The wind blows cold on our cities streets.
It seems to freshen the air and sweeten the streets.
The parties are all over, now it is time to sleep.
feel the warmth of love and lovers to meet.
So keep warm as the days start to move slower.
Hold your love and set the room with fire.
Bedroom romance, candle light, cabin fires and hot chocolate.
And the one you love to keep you warm inside.
Brown leaves rustling beneath our feet, warm colours for our eyes to feat.
While children play with a whirlwind down the other end of the esplanade.
Romantic dinners, winter strolls in the park under starlit nights.
Arm in arm, hold each other warm and tight.
Feel love for you today, feel love for you tonight, feel love for you.
And through the winter days of our life, I shall keep you warm and safe at night, always.
